Our daily rate starts at £25 per day, discount is offered for multiple dogs from the same family. Our daily rate is payable from the departure day to the pick up day inclusive. For example, a Saturday to Saturday would be an eight day stay.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure the booking. This is payable when we have received your confirmed dates and details.
The deposit is non-refundable and the balance is payable at the start of your booking, upon drop off.
You will need to supply anything required to make your dog feel at home. This includes food, bedding, treats, etc.
This very rarely happens! We always ensure that you come for a visit, this enables us to decide in advance if your dog is suitable to stay in our care. However, if we do have problems, then we have the experience to work with your dog and help it to settle at home with us.
Yes, we always recommend you bring your dog to meet us first. This ensures both parties are happy with the arrangement and we can keep in touch prior to your holiday.
Yes, we have Pet Business Insurance that covers your dog whilst in our care (Terms and conditions apply)
Yes, we need your dog to be up to date at the vets with the appropriate vaccinations. If however, you have decided not to vaccinate your dog, they can still stay with us, but would not be covered by our insurance.
Of course! We can call, text, email, WhatsApp – and if you’re on Facebook then we regularly post pictures and send messages to keep you in the loop and see how your pup is getting on!
